Auction Terms & Conditions:

  • ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. ALL SALES ARE 'AS IS, WHERE IS'. No WARRANTY. NO GUARANTEES. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES.
  • Scheduled Preview of items is available and is strongly encouraged and expected. There is no warranty or merchantability expressed or implied on any items.
  • Witcher Farms Inc  will not be held liable for buyers failing to inspect items to their satisfaction PRIOR TO purchase.
  • Buyer's are 100 % responsible for reading descriptions, examining pictures and inspecting items in person to their satisfaction before bidding. 
  • Witcher Farms Inc makes sincere efforts to describe items accurately from reliable sources but does not guarantee year, make, model, hours or miles.
  • All bids are a legally binding contract, and all sales are final.
  • Contact consent: By registering as a buyer at www.witcherfarms.com, you are giving Witcher Farms Inc consent to send you marketing messages by text and/or email from time to time. You can unsubscribe at anytime and will no longer receive these alerts.
  • This is an ONLINE-ONLY auction. All bidders must register and place bids online. A credit card is required to register for online bidding. We will not charge your card for your purchases UNLESS you fail to pay or make payment arrangements within 48 hours of the auction close.
  • No items will be removed pickup location without receipt of payment in full.
  • Witcher Farms Inc. reserves the right to hold any items from removal until full payment is verified. 
  • All bidders are responsible to pay for ALL items you purchase, no matter how many items you purchase.
  • Non-paying bidders will be permanently barred from participating in future auction events.
  • Witcher Farms Inc. is not responsible for internet connection issues or loss of service during bidding. All bidders are encouraged to pre-bid on items to avoid service issues during the auction closing.
  • We reserve the right to pause, postpone or cancel an auction due to technical issues beyond our control.
  • All auction items are considered sold with reserve unless otherwise stated. Consignors are allowed to protect their investments.
  • Announcements up to an including auction day take precedence over all other advertisements. 
  • Witcher Farms Inc does NOT guarantee or warranty any power tools or small engines in any way at all.
  • NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS OR DAMAGES TO TRUCKS OR TRAILERS, PERSONS OR OTHER POSSESSIONS WHILE ASSISTING WITH LOADING ITEMS OR OTHERWISE, ENTER PREMISES AT YOUR OWN RISK!

ITEM REMOVAL:

  • Loadout available 9 am to 5 pm daily on scheduled load out days. After that pickup will be by appointment only.
  • All items are to be removed within 30 days from date of sale. After 30 days storage will accumulate at a rate of $10 per calendar day. After 120 days the item(s) will be considered abandoned in place and no refunds or compensation will be issued.
  • We have means to load most items and will assist to the best of our ability, we have ample room for semi trucks to get in and out and a loading dock / ramp onsite.

Payment Terms and Fees:

  • 10% Buyer's premium will be added onto the bid price of each item. Max buyer premium of $2500 figured per item.
  • Additional 4% Administrative fee on all credit card purchases.
  • Buyers waive any and all rights to initiate a credit card charge back against the transaction and/or the seller.
  • A $25 Title fee will be charged to the buyer of any titled vehicles, trailers, atv's, side x sides etc.
  • We accept Cash, All Major Credit Cards, Wire Transfer as forms of payment.
  • Applicable sales taxes will be collected on all purchases unless exempt.
