Buyers will have 90 days from end of auction to remove purchases. 

Buyer is 110% responsible for removal of all purchases and all expenses, inspections, tear down, removal and loading logistics.

We will have a telescopic forklift on hand to help load a few items but will be very very limited on the amount of assistance we can offer.
